Do previous purchases count?

No. You only receive points for purchases made after creating your rewards account, so join before you order.

When will points appear?

Points are generally added within 24 hours of being earned or within 24 hours after an order ships.

Points may expire after one year of account inactivity. Activity includes earning or redeeming points.

Do redeemed rewards expire?

A reward coupon expires six months after you redeem your points for it.

What happens after a return?

Points earned from returned products may be deducted from your account.

Earn 25 points for each eligible MD Logic social media activity completed through the rewards dashboard, including Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Refer a friend

Refer a friend and they will receive a 10%-off coupon valid for 30 days. If they make a qualifying purchase using the referral offer within 30 days, you will receive 250 points.

Purchase points are based on the amount paid after discounts and exclude shipping and taxes. Points are rounded to the nearest whole dollar.
