The science
Magnesium is a cofactor in more than 300 enzymatic reactions, from ATP production to neuromuscular signaling. Different magnesium forms differ in chemical form, solubility, elemental magnesium content and gastrointestinal tolerance, which is why a broad-spectrum blend is used here in place of a single form.
