Melanie Avalon, a leading health influencer, captivates thousands with her podcasts, “The Melanie Avalon Biohacking Podcast” and “The Intermittent Fasting Podcast,” amassing millions of downloads. Her journey into health and wellness began when she sought to address her own health issues, leading her to discover the world of biohacking and to become fascinated with optimizing her body for vitality and longevity.
With her background as a SAG-AFTRA actress, Melanie’s transition into this new realm was seamless, fueling her desire to share her passion with others. Today, she hosts a deeply engaged audience and community, interviewing some of the most respected names in health and wellness each week.
Melanie is the author of “What When Wine: Lose Weight and Feel Great with Paleo-Style Meals, Intermittent Fasting, and Wine” (W. W. Norton Countryman Press, 2018). She also created the top Apple app “Food Sense Guide” and launched the successful supplement line AvalonX.

Why AvalonX
Melanie Avalon created AvalonX out of necessity. While she believes the foundation of our nutrients should come from food, she understands that our modern agricultural system, environment, and lifestyle do not make this entirely feasible. She also loves a variety of life-enhancing and optimizing compounds only available in concentrated, supplemental form.
Extremely sensitive and health-conscious (and a bit neurotic) about what she personally consumes, Melanie was unable to find supplements that met her stringent requirements for purity and potency. Having historically suffered from mold and mercury toxicity, she wanted supplements tested for common allergens, pesticides, mercury, and mold. Notably, she found that most supplements on the market contain toxic, allergenic, and/or potentially problematic fillers (such as silicon dioxide, rice, and stearates/palmitates, respectively). Even more troubling, she discovered that plastics often appear in supplements, masquerading as "enteric coatings," while the majority of supplements are also packaged in plastic bottles. She only wanted supplements in glass bottles.
Rather than continuing her relentless (and often futile) search for the “perfect" supplements, Melanie resolved to create her own. She is overwhelmingly grateful to partner with MD Logic to create the AvalonX line, ensuring she can trust what she puts in her body. Melanie’s goal with AvalonX is to replace all the supplements she currently takes with her own trusted versions, because she wants only the best for herself and her audience.
